Fix the hair. That's the biggest flaw I see.

His hair looks as clothlike as the facemask does.
Add some wrinkles between his eyes to add a more aggressive look.
Maybe add something onto the facemask like an emblem of some kind.

I love how 3d it looks.

My only concern is the nose. I can see it started to for at the bottom, but it should be raise higher (just a little) and it should have shape under the mask.

Preety good shading but the hair looks fake.It looks like someone just decided to goive it hair and put it on the head so i have to say 6/10

Thanks for fixing the hair dude. That was the only thing keeping me from liking the head.
Before it was about a 5/10 but the new hair makes it about an 8/10.
