It looks kinda better than previous ones, but the hair looks too croppy...
Actually, I don't know why is it like this. Do you work in gimp? As much as I know, the pen tool (or the alternative for it) in gimp is kinda pixelated.
But yeah, it's a good work for now ;)

yea im using gimp, i tryed to blur out the pixels but that has failed so far. and using the pen tool in ps is still confusing for me.

use the paintbrush tool
its better than the pen tool its smoother

Not a very big diffrence: i added cracked lens and tryed to fix the hair.

u know what i did for the shadowing, i made a new line of black along the side of where the shadow was going to be, then i used the smudge tool along it until it was grey and blurry.
