To kill a mockingbird is pretty good if you have not read it.
The Hobbit series is also pretty good, or the enders game series is also good.

Well, one of my favourite books and is on my highly recommended is Alabama Moon by Watt Key.
They made a movie about it in 2009 but nothing beats the book. Highly recommend that any of you should read this.
