Yeah,i dont like putting names in avy's as well but it was basically requested....

movement could be a bit smoother, but I can't really say I can do better (see my avy)

yeah when i converted it from .avi to .gif it reduced its speed....

What's he doing to Uke?
Well, all it looks like is he's rotating his chest.

Those punches dont really look like punches, and its kinda very slow

You should export the frames from your 3D program then use a gif animator to manually set the frame delay.

And to fix the punches you need to actually bend the elbow and bring the arm back, not just rotate the chest.
