Not sure since I just patched it, I know the OB patch was 1.5 GB, so I am thinking anywhere from 2-4 GB in total for the whole game.

It's a really nice game... drops seems pretty poor actually, but I guess that's one of the things getting fixed soon. Also the items needs better descriptions (some runes' descriptions are pretty misleading)
