No, I think they person just gets to help fix up the board and have mods rights.

They actually have a rank for it, iirc

3. Moderator (this position)

Technically, mod is third in the hierarchy or leadership.

They get a say in changes to c3, but leader and co-leader usually are the ones making all the changes etc.

As well as that, they also have the ability to be the "police" of the clan.

Basically, you can delete threads, stick threads, make announcements, delete posts, edit any post made in the board, and so on.
