my source image is in brown so after i get the basic shapes /shading in ill do some magic and turn it blue . its just easier to see if im right when its the same color.

here is the front view. more is done here than anywhere else the rest is still pretty bleh.

the original colors are still present i think you should keep the eyes red tho because red eyes are easier to be evil.
