I don't know about you guys, but I see good potential here.
First: revitalizing Disney's already pockmarked image in media
Second: better Marvel media OUTSIDE of the comic book verse (i.e, better movies, better tv series spinoffs, etc *cough*Avengers TV Series*cough*)
Third: better writers (story wise.. i'm looking at you Ultimate Universe)
Fourth: better and more efficient marketing
As long as Disney keeps its grubby hands off the continuity (ie, NO HANNA MONTANA CROSSOVERS AND CALLING IT CANON)I'm quite happy with it.
Cue Warcry rebuttal in about an hour...
