This would have been clean except it's you can't punch the area of uke's torso with light enough force so that your hand doesn't go through and get damaged at the wrist and still get a dismemberment. Feet have the ability to slide between the different joints in the torso and dismember easily by sort of popping up and separating the joints, but fists being square often hit the unbreakable parts of torso, the gray bits. It is easier to dismember with a grab hand because, like the foot, it can squeeze easily into joints and separate them that way.
