Rіyksopp are hardly obscure. They're extremely popular here in scandinavia and got a lot of decent reviews from all over the world.

Yeah, they're probably the least obscure of the stuff i linked. Still, compared to something like Lady Gaga, they're not even on the map. Most people don't know them outside of Scandinavia.
