That is true, you can also add really small shading at the top of the head to form the hair.

+details on eye, hair is less subtle now

The hair and skin just doesn't feel right to me. Feels to.. "pasty".

Looks pretty cool.
The start of the horn is too small compared to the rest.
At this point it looks like the helmet will end up being the focal point,
so I would suggest making the helmet as attractive as you can or you
will lose a lot of your appeal and attention on it.

Yeah, it would look better of the horn started out large, and gradually got smaller as it went to the end.

Any suggestion for my hotm? like how could i for example make the horn look like its coming out of the helmet and not just taped on there....

Add some shading under the horn, and maybe darken the edges a bit more on the horn itself.
