Toribash
okay fine.

1:Step
Gather replays, create floderrs with names, put replays there. (1 hour)
2:Convert
Put replays in toribash floder, convert them all with fraps to specific folder, mark done and undone convertions. Camera work. Double check all the media files (2 hours )
3: The video
Put evrybody in row, synch with song, add effects, make a good intro, extended the song if needed, slow down/speed up clips, render (4,5 hours)

ADDITIONAL TIME WILL TAKE:
Breaks, teas,toilets - 30 minutes
Double check if you didnt forgot anyone - 10 minutes

OVERALL TIME NEEDED: 8 hours, 10 minutes

Sure you want to do this, still?
Waaayyy ahead of ya.

I tampered with Toribash 3.9 codes and added a new menu option called Clan Replays.
I have all the replays there, every replay with their users name on it. I record one at a time, use FNuggets FreeCam to sort out the Camera work. Step 1 and 2.

I make up ideas for effects, syncing and intro-making while I'm doing other things. Step 3.

And it takes a lot more time than 8 hours my boy.

My finals are done on monday, so I'm allowing people to post replays till then. After that you won't be in. Almost a week has passed and I got 5 of 20 persons replays.

You know 3.88+ has freecam built in.
Yarp.

With FNuggets one you can move around, put a key frame every now and then. Then end the replay and it will move after the way you put your key frames at.

Do slow motion for the 1st replay and it will work well.
