I'll take a head.
Skin color: White.
Eyes: Something... dragonlike. If not, then plain red would do.
Mouth: Evil, with fangs.
Hair: Black and wavy.
Nose: No nose.
Specials: If possible, a japanese outline of a dragon around the head, like a band.
Basically a evil japanesed haired dragon.
