Possibly because the original account that had the name Novitech had those achievements. I can't be 100% sure though.

The name may have not been in use anymore but the database could possibly still have some information related to it. I really don't know and I'm grasping at straws for things that kinda sound like they make sense.

Either way it's probably related to the usercard not updating correctly all the time.
