you can give it some physical EV's and maybe an Assault Vest, what i wouldnt recommened cuz the you cant use moves like Defog, Leech Seed or Toxin.
I think Tropius is a good Supporter-mon
Edit: it also has ground immunity which is good too cuz you can get a lot of free switch ins on eq's
Another Edit: aaaaand it has Harvest so you can give him for example a Chesto Berry + Rest

You convinced me. Though I really think you could still find better leaf support pokemon. Nvm I should go ahead and try him out before judging him by his stats.

its clearly not the best grass (supporter) pokemon but most of the Grass pokemon have Poison as its second type which doesnt give them the ground immunity.
