I'm in the process of applying for this clan, and was told I could invade a bit. :P

How about when someone applies, they have to supply a replay of them doing a backflip, cause the clan's called backflips.

I think it's a great idea, and the more realism in the backflip the bigger the chance the person has to get in. -30 gravity as you said and contracting the knees is against the rules
