For falling forward, put your foot farther in front of you, but only a little. For tilting back, relax your leg that is pushing you forward. the best way to learn how to run is to do it yourself to be honest.
Thx figured that part out, what if i want to make my run look better by using glutes a bit. Because when i do that i tilt to the side,

Also, headles, stop using your glutes so much, thats whats causing you to fall.
Only use your glutes if you're trying to turn.
