Balancing
I have a pretty good attack and defence, but i cant seem to keep my balance when being attacked or thrown. Tips?
Remember that your shoulders, chest, and legs are where most of your momentum comes from. use those to roll with the throw or attack, so that you still land on feet or hands. it's easier to land after a throw, than to counter a throw. Eventually you will want to learn to counter though. Good luck

when it comes to a stance e.g for a lift. try to have your knees slightly bent to give you some balance. other than that the rest for balancing requires trial and error

I only use it to not DQ when my head is near the ground but i'll test it out for balance too
