Well, i can only provide advice, you'll have to come up with the skill and moves yourself, if you know what i mean. (Hopefully didn't sound rude)

Also, thanks everyone! (Don't know if i've ever told this, but i really, really appreciate positive comments... Platonically, of course)

Well since this tutorial is way too good I have to point out some flaws.

the ^2 is wrong. You are mixing it up with E = mc². It's F = ma
That's all I was able to find.

also, acceleration is distance per second per second. But acceleration doesn't matter in a toribash hit. I think that power in a hit in toribash is based on momentum which is mass*velocity. It seems like a kick moving a constant 70 m/s is more powerful than a kick going 60 m/s and accelerating.

Wrong.
Both of you actually.
The ^2 is correct, as is the m*v.
The F is not.
The correct formula is Ke=mv^2, or Kinetic Energy is equivalent to the mass of an object multiplied by the square of that objects velocity.
Couple other points:
1. I don't really agree with the limped foot sentiment. It can occasionally help, but it really varies by scenario. I generally find contracting the ankle to allow better penetration, but it depends on the obliqueness of the impact.
2. If you are grabbing a foe, with or without grab hands, I find it is actually often effective to release before impact. By removing your connection, you decrease your moment of inertia -> lower rotational momentum -> faster rotational velocity -> greater kinetic energy -> higher impulse -> better force.

Wrong
The correct formula for kinetic energy is Ke=.5mv^2

Coefficients are unimportant.
Unit conversion eliminate them.
For example, E=M.
The C^2 can be cut right out.

Well, i kinda looked it up on Wikipedia, and according to the article, War is right. >.>
But in any case, stay on topic. Physics discussion doesn't belong in here, y'know, even though i like physics as a subject.

Well he is PlayerID666. He knows as much about physics as the devil.
