What do you mean by duel mode? If somebody asks you to duel with them, you basically decide how many rounds you are going to fight, the mod, and the TC amount for the winner. I don't think there is an actual duel mode.

There's nowadays a command called /duel amount
On the amount you put how much of TC you need to be able to enter.

No.
It downloads the textures and when you see the person in game whose textures you downloaded, you can see his/her textures.
It doesn't put the textures on your Tori.
