Due to the fact that you do not seem to handle the organisation properly and behave adequately to the role of leader, we have decided to change our current Leader from Rayleigh to Meamme.

You haven't appointed a council in ages, you fired the last one out of whim without even trying to be reasonable.
And you aren't interested at all in appointing anybody new.

Also, we believe that your arrogance will lead to a bad rep for our org in the future.

Whereas Meamme0 can do a much better job being the leader, as he has proved himself with other orgs.
