I would suggest a council hall. Where members can take issues, council related Suggestion and council applications.

Oh and I apologies for not consulting the council on the TAF event team.

Hmm I think we should make a smaller thread for members to bring suggestions and issues to the council and then another secret forum where they discuss it or they could even use the command centre.

Technically, all council members and above can respond to suggestions here.

They just don't know it because I just now thought of telling them.

Yes but I would say this is more related to the forum. What about a council hall and all the suggestions and issues that are taken there can get discussed by the council in irc or pm.
