Walk: Slowly put one foot in front of the other.
Run: Same thing, but faster.

Well firstly you need to bend forward, then slowly start walking.
I suggest that you lurk in some running servers, see how do they do it.

Running isnt hard at all and its quick to learn it.

EDIT: In the first one, you're not in reach for a decap. Try to get up a little bit.

Here's another little tip, try using your wrist before hitting. Contracting it and then extending it into the hit can make breaks easier to achieve. ;)
