Well i have a style i stick to, i stay low mostly.
BTW alot of these are unfinished or have problems with them.(i have bad luck with spars)

Nice spar. Was perfect but I have a few suggestions:
You extend your glutes too much. Try to contract. It looks awkward
You hit lightly. Try to hit harder.
You move too slow.

Other then that, great job.

well extended glutes is part of my style, i need to extend them to stay low to the ground
