Mate, you've gotta set this up properly. The title of the thread should be (if your clan name is also XY) '(XY)XY' instead of [XY]Clan. I've changed it for you. Take a look at part 2 in this thread to create your toriclan. You'll be able to invite members and do all other clan functions then.

Looks like you know already that you need to add the story/description, rules and goals/aims by a week from now.
