What? Do you want a custom kiai? If so, what type of sound do you want?

Or are you asking why your kiai doesn't play? If so, you need to go to the torishop, go to inventory, find your kiai, and activate it, then go to your activated items, edit the kiai, and choose a sound up to 5 seconds (I think). If you want someone to make a kiai for you, you can request one from the forums. Or ask for one in this thread to make it easier.
