I was wondering about the hector relax as you guys know. Is it possible that there may be something cheaper than joint textures? I am just curious on what plans there is for this stuff ^^. What would the price range be? how would it effect the economy and other joints? Is it possible that there is going to be something where theres one pixel instead of 20? I think it wouldn't be a bad idea because if you tried to copy an existing force, you could just deny certain colors. for instance... ...lets say that supernova is 56642. If you try to put that in the textures you would be rejected. (just an alpha suggestion)

Now instead of hampa updating joint colors every 100 years... ...why not market up some ideas of normal people? You make a new color. It would be as valuable as people make it.

For textures (not plane colors) could be a whole new item.


Texture item price would be: 50k

Plane color item price would be: 80k

Just my heads up on a tori revolution. I'm a bit rusty and I know lots of you are going to have good reasons why there shouldn't be custom colors/textures, but I still want to throw this out there.

An item generator that could create and sell any colour would be pretty neat. User could set the item name, the generator would set the price according to certain factors.
That would be pretty cool. Wouldn't affect the market negatively either.

There are already joint textures. Wait until 512x512 joints come out, that'll lower the price a lot. 128 Body Textures (head, bicep, etc) used to cost 20k.

I like the idea of being able to create a custom color. Of course the price would have to be several hundred thousand TC's. It could be as simple as having an item labeled "Custom joint color". All you would need to do is select the color code and name it.

I can't wait for 512 joint textures to become available, and get the resulting equalization on lower rez joint textures. A lot of new inspired possibilities will come to life, by making joint textures more accessible.

I don't see how creating a custom colour can benefit us in anyway. Like what Pwr said, I think we should wait for 512 Joints to come out, which would lower the prices.

Admins should do like joint forger, that they can do own joint color and name it.

I don't understand your prices you chose. 50k for joint texture. 80k for custom color. Why?? Why wouldant you just buy the joint texture, open photoshop, and choose the color you want. Paint bucket tool. Bam! Done 30k cheaper.
