First, you start with MP5. Press the arrows so you can check the other weapons. And about the servers, you need to wait. If it's still loading, check Courtyard. It is the first one to load. If the problem occurs when you are at the room, see if your ping if lower than the number in the room's name.

long barrels, short barrels etc.
Plenty of guns such as: m4, ak47/ak74, USAS, Saiga 12, Barret 50cal, Fn Fal, G36c, Bizon, pp2000, AA12, m24, AWM, Tar 21, ACR, ScarH and L, Famas, and a whole lot more, plus you can buy gold pieces for your gun.
Theres the sprint affect that most games has, but it has sort of a call of duty aiming system as in if you dont aim down your sight you will most likely not hit the person unless your close, but theres too much info to tell you so ill post some videos.

Well, TF2 does have a 'premium' system. In order to have a premium account, you are required to buy something from the Mann Co. store. Fortunately, there's nearly always a sale which means there are plenty of cheap items worth around 50 cents that you can buy to get premium.
