Flame texture
1.Can i forge a flame for another guy if i dont have flame texture?
2.How to forge flames?

The flame texture is only to add a texture to the flame. For example you could make all the particles of the flame turn into bananas.
You can make the actual flames by hitting ctrl+L in game and editing the settings to your liking. Flames can cost from ~30k-200k. You can trade flames after you've forged them or you can sell the flame settings.

The flame texture is only to change the flame particles. You don't need anything to forge a flame except some tc.

No, you can forge anything as long as you have the required amount of TC.

that is not true you can make and forge them you only have to buy it monthly if you still live in 2007
