Look everyone keeps saying that you just put it into the data/mods folder but heres the thing... I dont have one so what should i do?

I guess you need to make a folder inside the data folder called mods .

I put my mods in myy data folder but when i double click 'em i get adobe premire plus and it starts up. is that how i play the mods or am i doing it wrong?

start, run, cmd, cd "CProgram Files\Toribash", toribash.exe name of mod.tbm
dont post 3 different places if you cant figure it out.
