Yes they're free & an update will fix any graphic problems with the menu etc, but it wont get you shaders.

When you are searching a driver, just google the GFX card's name and add "driver" at the end.
Its the easiest thing:P

darn it, the download link came up, but the thing takes forever and i have to use the mirrors. and the first one is broke but the 2nd one download but i cant do anything and toribash still wont show the buttons and stuff for main menu.
