New eyes:
It's nice to see you and Cerberus actually spending time on textures, i should get to that one aswell..
Personally i think the mouth is just a tad low, maybe a few pixels, but that's nothing to be really concerned of.
Eyes could be a bit more closer to each other, and stand out a bit more as said already, the green colour helps it alot but still they kind of blend in, only the green stands out.
Maybe a little bit stronger colours, but on other thand this is completely opinion based, someone wouldn't like it while i would. I'd like to see the back aswell.
