IRC Problems
Look Here To Maybe Help

I have been having some problems where i cant go into IRC.
Look at the link above for some proof and what happens.
I need some help here because i cant go into IRC when i am needed or when i want to.

Please help me!

There appears to be no such problem. I have checked several ban lists and none of them mention the host in question.
