Sparing is no grab- unless it fits really well in. + it is done on -30 grav.

I'm gonna have to keep going and trying till I get better then.

As they told people, a spar is made without taking their opponent [grab] in mod running.tbm [aikido.tbm not, but you can always grab and do not use a normal combat] and -30 to gravity.

You do that and come back with the proof. Otherwise you're just a bad joke who has no idea on what sparring is.
