while i was playing in multi player i cutted 1 guys head off it fell out of the box but it still wasnt dq i got a replay anyway

It was probably a glitch.

A glitch will come if there's too many fractures or dismemberments.

IT usually happens if mass joints are pressured against the area of dqs.

Happens mostly when joints start to join up or like firebolt said.............

Its a bug. Dont worry. Its not a bad thing.
Happens too mee too. Sometimes its because of the speed of the computer.

It could also be the mod itself. Seeing as it was twinsword4.tbm, and not twinsword4fixed.tbm, there were probably some glitches that needed to be fixed.
