Made offer for 275,000 TC over PM. Am waiting on confirmation of preferred procedure to complete.
Edit:
Seemed like he agreed to the offer.
Sent the TC (very sloppily) over 3 payments of 275, 275, and 274,450 because I didn't recognize that the website didn't like commas in the numbers.
Am waiting on the set to be sent.
