The game
The little game thingy is slow...it like skips but in a slow type of form...The fps thingy said i had 4-15 range of fps. I got gamebooster prem, would that help?

I have a windows 7 32bit dell computer.

All my stuff is up-to-date.

My hard drive was made for gaming and all that

It's 100% a graphics driver issue - Windows 7 doesn't have a GL backend of it's own (unlike previous versions) so it relies on the graphics driver to provide one.

What GFX hardware does it have?
