a person who controls a specific board or more..
he can edit, close, delete , etc a thread...

if you are talking about a Specific Clan's moderator.. he moderates a official clan's board

A moderator of a clan board has the job of keeping the clan board under order using basic moderation tools mentioned above. They have as much permissions as I have in this board.

This is not to be confused with Clan Moderators, which are users with black names. They handle the clan section which includes all official and unofficial clans and organizations.
