To become a member of Gimp Users, you don't have to be a great artist. All you have to do is show us that you have a basic grasp of the program and use its tools effectively. After you apply, the leaders and higher ranked members will bring your application to be discussed.

In 2016, I'm no longer a member of toribash forum. The ex-administration (who's permbanned now) used to power abuse and opposed to me, and we are unable to reach a compromise.
