thats really not helpful. The file is a photoshop file, not a targa image file. You need to convert it, you cannot just save it as a .tga and hope for the best. Since you are using Adobe Photoshop CS2 for Mac, just change the option to targa (or tga) - i dont know the details, I do not use photoshop myself.
I would do this for you, but I will let someone else as I do not like your attitude in response for someone trying to help.

Its not that we are being annoying, this is a common complaint and it because people do not read tutorials properly.
