I really want learn PHP and HTML so, who can teach me?

Start with HTML, so you can get the basics.
go to http://w3schools.com/HTML they have some good tutorials.

If you're planning on making sites, you'll need a solid grasp on HTML before you move on to PHP. HTML is just a markup language, not a programming language, so it won't take too long. Follow Habeeb's link for the basics. CSS would also help (if you want to make your pages look better than a pile of shit), go to http://w3schools.com/CSS to learn it. It's still not actual programming, so it shouldn't take too long either.
