Just for an FYI guys, it's not his first art ever, I've got some proofs about that, not going to make them public though.
Anyways, the grey shadow thingy or whatever is that supposed to be doesn't look right, and couldn't you waste 20 minutes more and make a suitable background, not that piece of shit, it hurts my goddamn eyes.

I wish kungfujc was still around. BenDover or someone similar should be able to provide you with a reference on body proportioning. Compared to the body though the face leaves a lot desired. IS there a picture you used as a reference? The left upper arm seems awefully short.
