I know people within the community use CS3 so im wondering if someone could help? [Did not know where to put this thread]. Anyway most filters are grayed out except for blur and a few others, I need to use the ripple within distort but ripple is also grayed out.

Yes it is set to 8 Bit RGB. Any other suggestions?
