[Essence] Ingame Team
Ingame Team
This is a thread with the main purpose of organizing and managing our ingame team for fights and general events such as:
- Clan wars
- Clan events
- Fighting practise
- and more...
Discussions of fighting, practise, all ingame activities and preparations will be done in this thread.

So quick question, how long (estimation) should it take to get this in well enough shape to start doing in game stuff? also how are we going to go about adding people to the in game team? will there be any sort of application process or will people who are interested in joining the team simply say so in this thread and we add them to the list?
If they are interested we add them, since we are still starting out, we will be practising first etc and find out who's good a which mods etc. Later on we can fine tune who will be applicable for events and clan wars etc.

Alright then so when do you think will be a good time/date to start the practicing? and I take it that the server will be opened on a schedule like the essM servers will?
