Appdata>Roaming
I'm currently having disk space problems with my laptop..

And I found a folder with about 13-14 gig of data in it. I was wondering if it's wise to delete?

Any and all disk space saving tips are welcome to.
The name of aforementioned folder?

Also, download File Shredder (its free) and shred your free space. It usually frees up a fair amount. That and the usual disk defragmentation and deletion of stuff you no longer use/need.
CUsers\****\AppData\Roaming

On vista, and I'll go try that file shredder
I think Roaming is used by some programs to store information, probably not a good idea to delete it.
I won't

Also I have another question, I've just found a suspicous file in my D: Drive

No clue what the hell that is. I think its best to just leave it alone, considering the big nuke on it.

If your still not sure, try a quick scan. It should tell you if its any bad or not.
