I think it only works with Shaders turned off. Also, those that have Shaders turned on, will see them white [?].
Now, to make it, I believe you just have to leave a transparent part where you want it to be transparent.

In 3.2, turn on transparency. And boom, shaders have transparency

forget that, when I changed the sise, it became un-transparent, srry
