so hey here is a question with 2 answers you should only pick one though so what is better relaxed moves or moves where you hold at the start?

Why Relax
it makes your moves look fluently (pro's do this)

Why Hold
the move you have always done when you were a noob hold all then nothing ( noob's use this)
Neither.

Some of us use more of relax, others more of hold (depends on style and personal preferences), noone focuses on only one, thou.
Combined is the way.
Sure, more experienced players have more fluent moves but it doesn't indicate that they use relax, so your deduction that relax=pro, hold=noob is wrong on very basic level.

agree.
it depends on the kind of situation too, if u relax more its harder to disember or break a part etc. but if hold its easier to make more balanced moves etc.

If we relax more, we make our move more stable so we can end it perfectly

If we hold more, we make our move kinda look like a robot but we can end it safely but sometime not stable

It really depends on the situation/mod your in.For parkour/spar your going to need both. For fighting i use each(hold, relax)about 50% of the time.
Bye bye toribash
If you only use relaxes then you are just as nooby as using hold all. Use both if you want to be realistic.
We're all going to Hell, we may as well go out in style
Death is a promise, and your life is a fucking lie
I like to use relax all more cause it has more rythym and realisticness to it and it cause the body to flow more and extend for more power
A mixture of the two techniques allows you to fully utilize the potential of the Tori.

By holding all you can keep the general momentum that your Tori has gathered after having started moving, by relaxing certain joints,
in combination with rotation etc, you can turn your Tori into a lethal combatant. Hold all can also be used to absorb great momentum,
for example the Tori's elbow can bend when it comes into contact with an object. Forcing the elbow to absorb the momentum gives
reassurance that the shoulder or pec won't take the brunt of the force. Unlike if the elbow was extended, the shoulder, pec and elbow
would jolt on impact, causing possible fractures or dismemberments.

Relax all of the Tori's joints can be used when your Tori has been pushed away, allowing the limbs to move freely and it can be much easier to form an advantageous position.

Yes it is true that relaxing all of the Tori's joints is visually much more appealing, but if you are able to mimic realistic movements
(by relaxing pecs/chest/shoulders/elbows at certain times) it can be much easier to look 'like a pro' and at the same time be
efficient and aggressive.
