[REL] Tic-tac-toe
Releasing Tic-Tac-Toe for Toribash now.
Basically, it's Tic-Tac-Toe, aka 3-in-a-row.
It's red vs blue. Not X vs O this time.
Red always starts.
You open it by pressing 'o' after loading it. The echo should say it. Still, press the 'o' to open and close it. Press the reset button to, well, reset it.

Yoyo also helped me a bit, so ++ for him.
