i think they took it away in the nwer versions of game and the older versions where it works dont have working mp anymore : (
i dont think u can have it anymore unless u dl old client and be restricted to sp only

Pass -newmenu 0 as a launch argument, it should still work. Runtime switch has been disabled a few years ago.
