So I have decided to enter myself into the NaNoWriMo. It was not a snap decision and I don't expect to win, but I have been developing a storyline lately and I feel that it would be good to explore it. Plus, it may improve my writing which is also a bonus. It will also give me something to do instead of lurking the forums all day.

So, my question is, what would you write about if you were going to enter?

If you can't think of a plotline then how about a genre and then explaining why that genre.


Mine will be a fiction novel that will contain some science fiction elements as well as some philosophical themes.

i'd make a post-apocalyptic book like The Road

Yea, either something set in a post apocalyptic world or a story about a Mosquito that has human like feelings and stuff. Just to be unique.

Sounds like an adventure and a half.
